Delete your Fenzit account
Ask us to delete your Fenzit account and the personal details linked to it. Enter the mobile number you sign in with. We send a code to that number to check it is yours.
What happens next
Our team reviews every request by hand. Sending a request does not remove anything by itself.
If you send a second request while one is open, we keep the first one.
If you are a technician
Your personal details will be deleted: your name, mobile number and sign-in details. The owner of your company will be told that you have been removed.
If you own a company
All of your company's data will be deleted, including its jobs, photos, attendance and team records. Technicians who work only for your company will be deleted with it.
What we keep
Records we must keep for audit stay, with names removed.
