Questions
Do my technicians need smartphones?
Yes. Fenzit is a mobile app that technicians sign into with their phone number and an OTP, so each one needs a smartphone with a working internet connection.
How do I prove the work was done?
The technician adds photos of the completed work and the customer signs on the phone. Both stay with the job, and you can export a PDF report.
Can I see where my technicians are?
You can see a technician's distance from the job site when a step records location. Fenzit does not show a live map of technicians moving between jobs.
Does it handle invoices and AMC contracts?
No. Fenzit covers the service work itself: jobs, attendance and leave. It does not make invoices or store AMC contracts.
